- We currently ship within the United States.

- Shipping within the U.S. is always free — no surprises at checkout.

Order Processing:

- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5 PM EST are processed within 24–48 hours.

- Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends start processing the next business day.

- In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days.

If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out before your order ships. Once shipped, changes can be attempted but are not guaranteed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At SIMSIM, we’re a small, dedicated team crafting each shipment with care — This means we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure about your purchase before checking out.

Please note because each piece is made of unique acrylic, no two bags are exactly alike.

We do stand behind our products — if you receive a damaged or defective bag, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@simsimthelabel.com. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

- You may change or cancel your order only before it ships by contacting us promptly.

- Once your order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.
