Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us the online e-commerce platform to sell our products.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application on secure servers behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data encrypted per Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction and then deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

SIMSIM (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (“Program”), subject to these Terms and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”). By opting in, you accept binding individual arbitration for disputes.
User Opt In:
You agree to receive SMS/MMS marketing and support messages at the number you provide. Consent is not required to purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
User Opt Out:
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out. You may receive confirmation. Only these commands will opt you out.
Duty to Notify and Indemnify:
If you change your phone number, you must opt out before stopping use. You indemnify us if we receive claims due to your failure to notify us of changes.
Program Description:
Messages relate to marketing, support, and sales of fashion merchandise. Data collected may include phone number, provider, time/date, and message content.
Cost and Frequency:
Message/data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on interactions.

MMS Disclosure:
If your device doesn’t support MMS, you’ll receive SMS termination messages.

Program is “as-is,” may not be available everywhere or all the time. We and carriers aren’t liable for delays or failures in message delivery.
Participant Requirements:
You must have your own device with two-way messaging on a participating carrier. Not all carriers support this.
Age Restriction:
Users under 13 may not use the Program. Users 13-18 must have parental consent.
Prohibited Content:
You agree not to send fraudulent, offensive, unlawful, or prohibited content.
Dispute Resolution:
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami, FL under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
